Recruitment & Hiring Process
A: Visit our Careers page, browse current openings, and submit your application online. You can also send your CV to our HR email mentioned in the job post.
A: Our process typically includes CV screening, an initial phone interview, one or two in-person or online interviews, and a final HR discussion before issuing an offer letter.
A: Generally, no. All applications must be submitted through our official channels for tracking and fairness.
Probation & Confirmation
A: The standard probation period is 3 months. Performance, conduct, and attendance during this time determine confirmation.
A: Paid leave is not allowed during probation. Any absence will be subject to salary deduction unless otherwise approved in writing.
Work Environment & Policies
A: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch/prayer break.
A: Yes — professional attire is expected to maintain our corporate image.
A: Depending on the role and business requirements, remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
Salary & Benefits
A: Salaries are paid monthly at the end of each calendar month directly into your bank account.

Leave & Holidays
A: 12 annual paid leaves plus 8 paid sick leaves per year, in addition to official public holidays.

Ending Employment
A: After probation, 30 days’ written notice or payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice is required.
A: Yes — upon successful completion of your notice period and return of all Company property.
