Program Objective
To engage final-year students from any discipline in promoting solar energy awareness, while offering practical learning and cash-based rewards for successful client referrals.
Who Can Apply?
- Final-year students from any department (not limited to Electrical Engineering).
- Must be motivated, socially active, and interested in clean energy and sustainability.

Training & Certification
- Basics of solar energy and on-grid systems
- Residential, commercial, and industrial solar setups
- Referral system and client communication.
- Cash and bank financing models.
- Certificate of Completion will be awarded after successful training.
Brand Ambassador Role
- Promoting solar energy solutions in their network
- Referring potential clients (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Educating others about cash purchase and bank-financed solar options.
Cash Reward Policy
Cash Reward: Rs. 2 per watt for each successful referral.
- Example: 10 kW system = Rs. 20,000 cash reward
Sales can be made via direct cash or bank financing.
Rewards are disbursed after 100% payment is received from the client or bank.

Important Guidelines
- A referral must be submitted before the client signs or installs a system.
- Only verified and fully paid installations will be eligible for rewards.
- Students must follow ethical practices and represent Solato professionally.
- Solato reserves the right to approve/disapprove referrals.
