Mr. Muhammad Aamir
- Founder & CEO
Mr. Muhammad Aamir is the driving force behind Solato Smart Solutions. Holding an MBA from LUMS and an MSc in Statistics from Punjab University, he brings 18 years of rich experience from multinational corporations. Turning vision into action, he founded Solato in 2021 with a mission to harness solar energy for a brighter, sustainable future. His unique blend of expertise and passion has fueled Solato’s rapid growth, while his leadership remains anchored in the commitment to run a successful business that positively impacts the world. Under his guidance, Solato has delivered innovative renewable energy projects across diverse sectors. He continues to inspire his team to pursue excellence and create lasting value for clients and communities alike.
Mr. Jamil ur Rehman
- Co-Founder & COO
Introducing Mr. Jamil ur Rehman, the heart and soul behind Solato’s operational excellence. While he initially found himself in the academic realm, teaching in renowned institutes, his true passion lay in entrepreneurship. Guided by principles of honesty and dedication, Jamil transitioned seamlessly into the business world, co-founding Solato alongside Mr. Aamir. His steadfast adherence to ethical business practices has helped shape Solato’s culture, fostering an environment of trust and accountability. With Mr. Jamil at the helm as COO, Solato doesn’t just aim to be a leader in renewable energy; it strives to set the standard for integrity and innovation in the industry, driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.
Engr. Amir Sohail
- Head of Operations
Amir Sohail holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical (Power) Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, graduating in 2022. He began his career as a Trainee Engineer at Tarbela Power Station, specializing in protection, instrumentation, and switchyard operations. He then worked as a Junior Engineer in Bahria Town, where he was responsible for the maintenance of a 132kVA Grid Station.
Amir joined Solato Smart Solutions as a Design Engineer, later advancing to Project Engineer, and is now serving as the Head of Operations. He plays a crucial role in overseeing projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving the company’s strategic growth.
Shah Zaib Khan Yousafzai
- Survey & Design Engineer
Shah Zaib Khan Yousafzai is a 2024 Electrical Engineering graduate from UET Peshawar, specializing in renewable energy systems, grid station operations, and electrical project design. He brings hands-on experience in delivering efficient and reliable energy solutions. He joined Solato Smart Private Limited as a Survey & Design Engineer, where he applies his technical expertise to conduct precise site surveys, design optimized solar solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Driven by innovation, Shah Zaib aims to contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy technologies while supporting the company’s mission to deliver smart, eco-friendly energy solutions.
